Today I had an MRI with Álvaro, and the experience was excellent. He was empathetic enough to listen to me and understand that this was a test that would be very difficult for me since I'm claustrophobic and have anxiety. He's an excellent professional; he treated me incredibly well and did everything possible to ensure I had the best possible experience. I'm so grateful for that and I'm so glad he was the one who performed the test. I wish there were more people like him when it comes to these kinds of tests. Thank you, Álvaro, thank you so much.

Good morning, I just had a cranial MRI, and I want to thank all the staff at the Center for their empathy and professionalism, especially Álvaro, who treated me with great kindness and never left my side. My experience was spectacular; the machine was enormous, the noise level was manageable, and I was able to see images of dolphins and turtles on the seabed through a glass panel. Time flew by.
